Kurt Cobain - A Pisces
Kurt Cobain was born on February 20 1967, in Hoquaim, a small town southwest of Seattle. In 1985 Kurt left Aberdeen for Olympia where he formed the band Nirvana in 1986. 24th of January 1992, Kurt got married to the former stripper Courtney Love in Wakiki, Hawaii. On March 4, 1994, Kurt was taken to hospital in a coma. It was officially stated as an accident but many believe it to have been an unsuccessful suicide attempt. On April 8th Kurt's body was found in his Seattle home. His best known song is "Smells Like Teen Spirit", which became an anthem for Generation X. Among other well known Cobain songs are "Lithium," , "In Bloom," "Come as You Are," "Heart Shaped Box," "All Apologies," and the highly controversial "Rape Me." Astro- Report Cobain had a Virgo Ascendant with Uranus and Pluto rising (conjuncting his Ascendant). Whether or not his time is correct, these transpersonal planets opposed his Moon, Mercury, and Venus. Uranus is within approximately the same distance from the Ascendant as Pluto. Pluto, on the other hand, would have been as strong an influence on Kurt's character as Uranus was, and may even have been more so because it didn't quite have the opportunity to express itself fully. A strong Pluto in Kurt's chart gives the native a powerful need to regenerate and a striving for meaning and purpose. Since the 12th house rules, amongst other things, isolation, we can safely assume that Kurt had a strong preoccupation with, and feelings of, being isolated. The strong Pisces, Neptune, and water in Kurt's chart suggests enormous wells of sensitivity, creativity, and longing to belong.
