Mars Exalted in Capricorn –(October 31 – December 11)

As Mars moves through the zodiac houses, it enters the house of Saturn namely, Capricorn on the 31st of October where it is exalted. This gives much strength and power to Mars. Also there is an exchange of houses between Saturn and Mars which boosts the morale of both the planets. The aspect of Saturn on Mars also adds up to their strengths.

With an exalted Mars around we can be able to do hitherto unachievable difficult tasks with grit and determination. The positions of Saturn and Mars for this period would result in practical and stable results. Though Mars might make us take rash and harsh decisions and Saturn might put a sense of negativity around, we can move forward undeterred.

Mars in Capricorn would also be receiving the aspects of Jupiter and this would mean some positive energy around resulting in growth and development in our endeavours during the period.

Venus Transits Sagittarius – (November 6 – December 1)

Venus would be entering the house of Sagittarius, the hometown of Jupiter on the 6th of November. Earlier Venus was in conjunction with Saturn in Scorpio when there might had been health issues and negative energies around for most of us. As Venus moves over to Sagittarius, this negativity is washed off. However Venus entering Sagittarius would be flanked by Saturn and Mars on either side bringing about a sense of insecurity, but then as Mars and Saturn are in good mood now, the effects would be minimal.

Venus in Sagittarius would not be giving us the general fun, laughter and leisure in our lives as Venus usually does. Rather we might be forced to buck down under pressure from the other adjoining planets.

Between November 6th and 15th the planets would be creating a chain through the signs of the zodiac. In that Jupiter in Virgo, Sun in Libra, Saturn in Scorpio, Venus in Sagittarius and Mars in Capricorn compose the formation. Mercury moves from Libra to Scorpio on November 8, also participating. This formation breaks on November 15, when Sun moves to Scorpio, creating a void in Libra. This is likely to form a great chain of events globally. Be informed that the US Presidential elections are due on the 8th of November.

Mercury Transits Scorpio – (November 8 – 28)

Mercury moves over to the house of Scorpio joining Saturn on the 8th of November. While Scorpio being a watery sign might suck up some energy from Mercury, it might get a big boost from Saturn there.

On 23rd November, Saturn and Mercury enter exact conjunction (0 deg). While Mercury rules over speed, Saturn might bring about a sense of braking action to our deeds as it is concerned with a slow and steady pace. When our powers are focussed positively, the results would be great and we would be on track, come what may in life.

Full Moon in Aries- November 14

The New Moon that happened on October 30th during Diwali, now grows and becomes full on November 14th. This happens in the house of Aries at 29 deg. Aries is ruled by the fiery and harsh Mars. Hence on this day, Moon would be receiving the strong aspects of the Sun and Mars as well. Also this combination would receive the aspect of Rahu from the zodiac house of Leo. Hence there would be a clash between the fiery and the watery planets.

However things would settle down to a lukewarm effect once the Moon starts to wane off.

Sun Transits Scorpio –(November 15 – December 15)

The Sun hitherto in the house of Libra under debility enters the house of Scorpio on the 15th of November and would be there till the 15th of December. Sun would joining the company of Saturn and Mercury in Scorpio. Saturn came over to Scorpio on November 2014 while Mars entered the sign of Scorpio in February 2016.

The conjunction of Sun and Saturn would occur later on in December. As the Sun moves through Scorpio, Saturn would be hindering your life’s pursuits. Slow down and bow to any hindrances, listen to your inner voice and then proceed.

Mercury Transits Sagittarius –(November 28–February 2)

Mercury in Scorpio hops onto the house of Sagittarius towards the end of the month on November 28th. It would be there till February 2nd, 2017 as there would the be retrograde motion in between as well, around December. Mercury in Sagittarius encounters an exchange of houses with Jupiter in the house of Virgo. This exchange of houses boosts the strength of both Mercury and Jupiter.

Mercury and Jupiter indicate the teacher-student relationship and hence this would be a great period for academic pursuits and students in general are in for a favourable time. The holiday season around the end of the year would also be more meaningful with this combination, being occasionally hampered by the retrograde of Mercury.

New Moon in Scorpio - November 29

The Full Moon from November 14th continues to wane and joins the Sun at 14 deg Scorpio to form a New Moon on the 29th of November. Hence the period between November 14th to 29th would be a time when your energy levels would be at its lowest.

A good time to rest and contemplate our future course of actions. The New Moon with Saturn in Scorpio advises us to surrender to fate and detach ourselves from materialism.
