On March 5, 2019 which happens to be a Tuesday, Mercury goes retrograde in the zodiac house of Pisces at 6 degrees. This is the first Mercury retrograde phase out of the three phases due in year 2019. And all the retrogrades of Mercury in 2019 occur in watery signs. Mercury is an earthy sign and its retrograde movement in the watery sign of Pisces is quite challenging. And for a temporary period, Mercury which is debilitated in Pisces would have the power of an exalted planet though.
This Mercury retrograde in Pisces is quite energetic and hence this energy can be channelled towards constructive purposes in finances, career and academic pursuits. However stay away from starting anything afresh this period. Then on 14th March, Mercury goes back to Aquarius. Around this time the Sun would be transiting from Aquarius to Pisces. Just as these two planets are switching places, on the 14th and 15th of March a sense of insecurity would prevail.

New Moon in Aquarius - March 6
The luminaries Sun and the Moon join at 22 degrees Aquarius on March 6th which happens to be a Wednesday. This New Moon follows the Mercury retrograde movement that happened on the 5th of March, just the day before. New Moons are generally said to have low energy levels and hence this day can be best utilized to take a break from the rigors of life. Lay low.

Rahu/Ketu enter Gemini/Sagittarius - (March 7 - 23)
Rahu and Ketu, the Moon’s nodes would be transiting this March. On March 7th, Rahu moves from the house of Cancer to Gemini which happens to be the home of Mercury. Ketu moves from Saturn’s home of Capricorn to Jupiter’s Sagittarius. Rahu and Ketu stay in their current positions for about one year and a half, till around the middle of 2020. Rahu and Ketu have the dubious distinction of brining about instability in our lives, hence this transit period needs to be handled with caution. Also the effects of the transit affects the various Moon signs differently.
Also note that Rahu is exalted in Gemini and Ketu in Sagittarius. Sun Transits Pisces - (March 14 - April 14)
Sun would be transiting the house of Aquarius for the first half of March. Then on the 14th it transits to the zodiac house of Pisces where it stays put till the 14th of April when it enters the house of Aries, once again to start its cycle through the zodiacs. On the 14th, Mercury in Pisces get combusted by the Sun. Hence this is a day when nothing of importance is to be done, particularly communications are in for some serious troubles.

Venus Transits Aquarius – (March 21 – April 15)
Venus entered Capricorn on February 24, 2019. Then it transits to the zodiac house of Aquarius on the 21st of March. Venus is now in the dominion of Saturn. Venus rules over love and relationships. However Saturn stands for detachments and separation of relationships. It induces separative tendencies. Hence Venus in Saturn's territory asks us to re-examine our relationships. Here it is to be noted that Aquarius is being aspected by its lord, Saturn as well during this time.
Venus stays in Aquarius till the 15th of April. Venus in Aquarius stresses personal responsibility and health care around this time of the year. Venus in Aquarius teaches us that relationships and joy therein are temporary, hence stay detached to a certain extent.
Mars Transits Taurus - ( March 22 – May 6)
Mars has been traversing its own house of Aries from February 6th, 2019. It moves out of Aries into Taurus on the 22nd of March. In Aries, Mars was potent as it is its own home territory. As Mars moves over to the house of Taurus, it is aspected by Jupiter. Mars is now in the house of Venus. This gives some power and strength to the natives. However relationships ought to be handled with care. There might be conflicts as Mars rules over self-interests.
