March 2026- Planetary Influences

Venus Transits Pisces – (March 1–25)

March opens with Venus leaving the restless cluster in Aquarius, where retrograde Mercury, the Sun, Rahu, and Mars stirred turbulence and entering Pisces on March 1. In Pisces, Venus is exalted, allowing her qualities of love, beauty, harmony, and connection to flow more gracefully.

Venus’ meeting with Saturn on March 8 reminds us that peace and compassion must coexist with accountability. Pisces offers spiritual softness, but Saturn insists that past actions ripple forward. This transit encourages both empathy and maturity, holding sadness and hope at once.

Venus moves swiftly, exiting Pisces for Aries on March 25. By then, the eclipse energy around will have waned, Jupiter and Mercury will be direct, and the annual Sun–Saturn conjunction will have unfolded. As Venus journeys through Pisces, we are invited to release what no longer nourishes us. Saturn asks for detachment where Venus prefers attachment. Honor the memories, but prune what is done. New growth is preparing to emerge.

Total Lunar Eclipse in Leo - March 3

The Full Moon on March 3 at 19° Leo occurs close to Ketu (The Moon’s South Node), creating a total lunar eclipse and concluding the first eclipse cycle of 2026. Opposite the Sun in Aquarius, the Moon aligns within the nodal axis, amplifying karmic themes.

Following the explosive annular solar eclipse of March 17, this period has been marked by retrograde Jupiter’s tense aspect to Rahu and Mercury’s instability. Mars added force without clarity.

Eclipses obscure before they reveal. What feels out of reach may instead be redirecting you inward. With multiple planets in Aquarius aspecting the Moon, responsibility and objectivity are required. Step back, reassess, and reorganize creative direction. Early March may feel destabilizing, but this disruption clears the path for recalibration.

Jupiter Direct in Gemini - March 10

After four months retrograde, Jupiter stations direct at 21° Gemini on March 10. Since November 2025, growth has felt stalled or complicated, particularly as Rahu’s influence intensified global and personal turbulence.

Jupiter governs expansion, wisdom, lineage, and faith. Its retrograde phase brought interruptions and exposure of buried truths. As it resumes forward motion, themes of justice, clarity, and repair gain momentum.

This degree of Gemini was activated between August and October 2025; situations from that period may now return for resolution. From now through May, opportunities for correction and alignment arise.

A major shift arrives June 1, when Jupiter enters exalted Cancer, opening a powerful growth window through October 2026.

Sun Transits Pisces – (March 14 – April 14)

The Sun enters Pisces on March 14 after two challenging months in Saturn’s signs of Capricorn and Aquarius. Though Pisces may feel gentler, Saturn’s presence there continues the theme of limitation and reckoning.

The Sun meets Saturn on March 25, an annual conjunction highlighting tension between individual authority and collective responsibility. Relief may begin to surface after this date as Jupiter and Mercury move direct and Venus enters Aries.

Pisces, the final sign, demands surrender and closure. Late March carries dissolution energy. Yet early April may intensify again when Mars joins Saturn and the Sun in Pisces, suggesting friction and forceful negotiations.

New Moon in Pisces -March 18

The New Moon on March 18 occurs at 5° Pisces alongside Saturn. This is the first lunation after eclipse season, emphasizing spiritual depth, endings, and restructuring.

This New Moon is a powerful moment for introspection. Examine beliefs, patterns, and private fears that anchor you to the past.

Make space for solitude. Decide whether to remain tethered or prepare for new direction. Innovation from Aquarius and courage from Aries support future movement, even if Pisces asks for pause and reflection first.

Mercury Direct in Aquarius - March 20

On the March 20 equinox day, Mercury stations direct at 15° Aquarius near Rahu. Though forward motion resumes, instability may linger briefly due to Rahu’s amplifying influence.

This pivot point signals the potential for healing and order after months of confusion. With Jupiter now direct, perspective improves. Mars, finishing Aquarius by month’s end, may begin channeling power more constructively.

Mercury’s conjunction with Rahu keeps narratives intense, while Ketu in Leo reminds us that vitality diminishes when conflict dominates. Through mid-April, the nodal axis strengthens in dignity, suggesting significant shifts, gates closing in some areas, barriers breaking in others.

In March, grounding practices are essential. When overwhelm rises, return to contemplation, embodiment, and discernment.
