Halle Berry accuses ex Gabriel Aubry
Halle Berry, who is fighting for full custody of her three-year-old child, Nahla, with ex-partner Gabriel Aubry, has accused him of putting their daughter at risk.
A lawyer for the actress has served a lengthy document claiming that Aubry has violated their custody agreement.
According to TMZ.com, the court documents gave details about how Berry is unsure of Aubry"s parenting skills, and also of an incident that took place outside of the US, when he allegedly neglected Nahla, and put her safety at risk, Contactmusic reported.
Berry, 44, first raised questions over Aubry"s parenting in January, and subsequently launched a bid for full custody of Nahla.
Oscar winner Berry, who split from Aubry in April 2010, is asking the judge to rule her ex-partner has violated their custody agreement.
As he was not present in court, the judge has set a hearing for a later date.
