Gemma Ward Is Returning to Modeling
After a lengthy three year hiatus, it appears Gemma Ward finally has plans of returning to the modeling industry. She was one of the top models from 2004 to 2007, but since Heath Ledger"s death in 2008, she has been keeping an extremely low profile.
Gemma has dabbled in acting and walked in a couple runway shows here and there, but it looks like she"s ready to give modeling another go. She tells the Huffington Post that once her play The Ugly One has finished its run, she"ll continue acting and get her modeling career back on track.
You can catch Gemma as a mermaid in the upcoming movie Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
