Iman says her top make-up tip is "less is more."The 54-year-old model has been in the industry for over thirty years and says the biggest piece of beauty advice she can give is to avoid wearing too many cosmetics.Although she has her own make-up range for ethnic women, the beauty believes ladies do not need lashings of products to look good.

Iman also revealed she achieves her enviable youthful appearance with some highlighter around the eyes and a dusting of bronzer, which she thinks should be used even by women with darker skin tones as it makes the complexion appear fresher.

"The best make-up tips I learnt as a model are: less is more, bronzers make the skin look healthier regardless of what your skin tone is, and applying a gold or silver highlighter in the corners of the eye makes your face look fresher," the star told British newspaper The Guardian.The model also revealed she believes true beauty comes from within and that confidence is the sexiest attribute a woman can have.

"I think a woman looks her most stylish when she is comfortable in her own skin and feels confident. Confidence is the new sexy," she said.
